KNisa's Return & Refund Policy
- No Cash Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit voucher.
- Advance Payment Required: Orders above Rs. 15,000 require advance payment.
- Exchange Policy: We gladly accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are eligible for a one-time exchange.
- Clearance Sale Items: Items bought on clearance are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange Process: Exchanges can be made either through dispatch or at our outlets.
- Return Requirements: Please return items with the original invoice and provide a reason for the return.
- Return Timeline: You can return your items in the period of 07 days, no returns will be accepted after this period.
- Return Charges: We aim to provide seamless and hassle-free shopping experience to all our valued customers. However, as per policy the return-shipping charges would be beared by the customer.
- Return Shipping: Customers must return merchandise via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
- Credit Voucher: An exchange voucher will be issued for the value of the returned item.
- Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
